Deborah Ball
Chief Executive Officer & Owner

Deborah graduated from Hollins College, Virginia with a bachelor's degree in 1980. Her Master's in Business Administration (MBA) degree came from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business with a focus on Marketing.  In 1992, Deborah also received her Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Prior to joining her family’s business, Deborah spent 15 years working in the areas of strategic marketing and strategic corporate planning in the banking, insurance, and investment industries.

Karen (Ball) Bailey
Treasurer & Owner

Karen graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS degree in 1985. She joined Cott Systems as part of the Administration Division. In 1987 she was promoted to Office Manager of that division. After returning to school to study finance, Karen began managing the Company's assets. She was elected the company's Treasurer in 1989. Today, Karen continues to oversee the company's assets as well as participate in the management of the Purchasing, Billing, and Accounting Departments.

Drew Sheppard
Chief Operating Officer
Drew brings a wealth of knowledge to Cott with over 20 years of experience in the technology industry, leading teams in many disciplines including operations, implementation, product and program management, software development, IT infrastructure, and customer support. Drew received his Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and his Master of Science in Engineering, Management of Technology, from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Drew is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

Gregory A. Seabolt, CPA | CGMA
Vice President of Finance

Gregory is a licensed CPA with over 15 years of experience as a business and financial executive in both private industry and public accounting.  Prior to joining us, he was a partner with B2B CFO working to assist company leaders with financial services and financial guidance.  Gregory attended Franklin University where he received a BA in Business Administration.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accounts as well as a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accounts where he has held leadership roles including Executive Board of Directors member and Columbus Chapter Chair.

John Miller
Vice President of Sales and Marketing 

John Miller has 25 years of sales experience with 15 years in managerial positions.  Prior to joining Cott, John worked 7 years in SaaS technology sales and leadership roles with Check Point Software and Aspen Technology.  John’s career also includes 16 years at IBM/Lenovo where he served both as an individual contributor and in leadership and management roles.  He is trained in multiple sales and management methodologies which he has used to build and manage high-performing sales teams.

Tonie Dotson-DeLoach
Chief Human Resources Officer

Tonie joined Cott Systems in 1984 and throughout her career has worked in many different areas of the company including Professional Services and Finance. In 1996, Tonie transitioned into Human Resources and began managing HR in 2002. Tonie is a member of the Human Resource Association of Central Ohio, the Columbus Compensation Association, the Society of Human Resource Professionals, and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional.


At Cott, we have a Community Service Team that is dedicated to providing our team members with opportunities to give back to their community. Our people strive to make a difference in the lives of our customers and our community. As a team, we have raised thousands of dollars for local charities and donated hundreds of pints of blood to the American Red Cross. Some of the charities we have contributed to are:
