We are currently seeking a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working independently while being part of a great team for a Project Coordinator/Lead role.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate the workflow, work procedures, and successful execution of DIS projects. Develop timelines, assign work, coordinate workflow, and monitor the output of staff to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
  • Work with the Director of Data and Images Services to develop and implement policies and procedures. Establish/maintain procedures, schedules, and work priorities.
  • Proactively initiate customer communication regarding project updates, and respond to customer inquiries timely. Resolve customer complaints on delivery of services. Implement corrective actions to eliminate future occurrences.
  • Update project management software on an ongoing basis.
  • Work with contractors and vendors on a needed basis.
  • Work closely with staff to resolve operational issues/problems efficiently and promptly. Identify potential problems, troubleshoot, escalate issues when appropriate to management, and participate in post-mortem analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
  • Complete assigned DIS projects within the established scopes and timelines. Assigned projects may include but are not limited to scanning of images, performing backfile of images, reindexing of data, performing quality control audits of data, and performing OIB related tasks.
  • Track and prepare customer billing information which is provided to the Finance Department for monthly invoicing.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to create or modify hardware and software solutions in response to departmental needs.

Position Requirements:

  1. Excellent customer service skills; Good verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows (folder/file structures in particular) & working knowledge of Excel spreadsheet manipulation. Basic Database Skills – Ability to execute/modify existing basic SQL scripts.
  3. Aptitude to learn quickly and apply knowledge in practice; Ability to flourish in a fast-paced environment; Capable of exercising independent judgment and working with minimal supervision.
  4. Ability to manage time effectively and independently – able to organize and prioritize time to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  5. Must display leadership traits with the ability to influence others to perform their jobs effectively and to be responsible for making decisions.
  6. Knowledge of features, benefits, and use of Cott services and products preferred.
  7. Capable of maintaining confidentiality and trust with sensitive information
  8. Must possess a positive, team-oriented, and action-driven attitude
  9. Excellent attendance record and work history required
