We’re in search of several creative, enthusiastic, and hands-on individuals to join our team in Software Developer roles. Our Developers will work closely with internal stakeholders, including our Product Management and Software Development teams to develop and maintain software solutions.  If you are looking for an exciting new opportunity where your efforts will be appreciated and appropriately compensated, please read on.

What You Will Be Doing

In this position, you will be a member of our Development Team primarily responsible for performing "hands-on" coding within an Agile development environment. You will:

• Perform coding including development and maintenance on multiple applications and services
• Participate in cross-functional code walkthroughs and reviews
• Detect, investigate, and fix defects
• Assist Quality Assurance during testing cycles
• Review and improve on existing applications and systems, making use of new technologies and methodologies to seek continual improvement

• Proven success as a software developer
• A technical mindset with great attention to detail and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Business process knowledge
• Ability to understand strategic views of the business and how technology will be used to attain that vision
• Experience in agile methodologies, software development, algorithm coding, data structures, design patterns, and technologies

Experience in agile methodologies, software development, algorithm coding, data structures, design patterns, and technologies such as:

• HTML and CSS
• .NET Framework
• Classic ASP
• VB6, VB.Net, JavaScript, and JQuery
• Experience developing or consuming SOAP and/or RESTful web services
• Ability to conduct and participate in peer code reviews
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Windows
• Agile, Waterfall Project Management Methodologies
• Visual Studio
• DevOps and Release Management
• IIS
