We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and organized individual for a Software Implementation and Training Specialist role. In essence, this role is responsible for ensuring a client’s smooth implementation and transition to Cott’s software platform. You will own the implementation of assigned projects including the project management and training of our staff and clients on how to use our software applications. - Plan and manage the successful implementation and installation of products and services both at client sites and remotely. Manage project communication and lead implementation meetings for assigned installations.
- Accurately set up and configure software reference files, specs, layouts, and workflows to meet the client’s needs and requirements. Oversee the delivery and installation of all equipment to the client’s site.
- Train users on the use of Cott’s software applications, hardware components, and new business processes.
- Provide go-live and post-go-live assistance. Resolve any issues in a timely manner; identify urgent situations and ensure proper escalation process.
- Serve as the solution specialist. Identify and recommend product customizations, enhancements, and/or workarounds to enhance the client’s experience.
- Stay up to date on technology and Cott’s software applications. Maintain an expert-level understanding of our software applications and training solutions.


The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

- Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and follow-through abilities along with the capability to multi-task and set their own priorities.
- Strong experience with learning new software, applying the knowledge, and training others. Familiar with basic networking concepts and computer hardware.
- Superior customer relations skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to maintain control of critical and difficult customer situations. The ability to work well under stress and remain calm while dealing with frustrated clients and clients with varying degrees of technical experience.
- An associate’s degree or equivalent experience in training or business communications.
- Normally a minimum of 20-35% travel is considered a routine part of this position. However, we are continuously evaluating how to best serve our customers with employee and customer safety as the #1 - priority, so this will be lower for the foreseeable future.
- Excellent attendance and work history.
