In the near future, Cott will be updating our eSearch site to require a more robust password be created by all eSearch users. This is for added security and protection of account data, as well as an elevated protection of system access.
We are providing your office with templated flyers you can customize and distribute to your eSearch users via return document mail, and in-office visits. Please download these MSWord files, customize them with your County/Town/Parish name, and print and distribute them according to instructions.

Design is standard letter size page – finished size 8.5” x 11”
Print requirement: Black ink only – on colored paper preferably (for attention)
Place notice on top of returned paperwork stack.
