The Cott Cloud Technology Team

To ensure that your data is secure and the system is running at optimal levels around the clock, we have multiple teams of experts continually monitor our robust hosted system. This team includes Cott staff, our infrastructure provider technical staff, and our managed detection and response team from our security information and event management partner.  This team uses a variety of monitoring and response tools to enhance security and thwart cyber threats including automated detection and response on all servers.  All Cott Systems team members engage in regular training and security risk assessments.

Backup, Recovery, and Business Continuity

Cott’s 2023 infrastructure design includes immutable back-ups that cannot be changed or overwritten. These back-ups are updated randomly throughout the day and will be housed at two different physical locations. Digital safeguards create a secure environment with superior disaster recovery capabilities. Cott is capable of bringing up a second production site in a separate physical location within hours to days, not weeks, in the event the primary production site is down. Cott has engaged our cloud provider’s managed services for ongoing support and maintenance. This support includes: maintaining the hardware platform as well as always-on performance patching, management, and monitoring.
